All orders must be placed and paid for through our online ordering system.
You can pay for your order via VoicePay using:
Debit and Credit cards (MasterCard, Visa or American Express)
With regret, we do not accept orders from outside the EU.
Once you have successfully placed your order on line, you will receive by email
1. An Order Confirmation from Fidarsi Clothing detailing the garments you have selected, cost and your personalised ID Order number
All payments will be debited when you place your order online through VoicePay. If your payment is authorised, you will receive an email Order/Confirmation stating your order details. When placing an order, if your payment is not authorised by your bank/card issuer due to misinformation supplied and therefore not matching that held by the bank/card issuer or for some other reason (which will not be disclosed to us), you will be contacted by email and asked to contact us to see if/where the information mismatch occurred. Until you contact us, your order will not be despatched. If you do not contact us within 7 days, your order will be cancelled without any further communication. Please note that we cannot always provide an explanation for why any payment has been declined by your bank or card issuer.
If we are not able to supply the garment(s) you ordered, the value of any item not despatched will be refunded via VoicePay onto your credit or debit card within 4 working days as in accordance with the refund policy as stated on VoicePay’s Website: wwwVoicePay.com.
Despatch
Once your order is placed and fully authorised, it will be packed and despatched the same day (if received by 4pm) excluding weekends and bank holidays).
All orders are despatched by Royal Mail next day Special Delivery (by 1pm).
Once an order has been despatched via Special Delivery, we will not be held responsible for any delivery issues or delays experienced by Royal Mail due to industrial action or otherwise which we consider out of our control.
If for any technical problem within the online ordering system, we have not been able to despatch all the items you have ordered, we will notify you via email as soon as possible suggesting any suitable replacement(s) or refund the amount back onto your credit/debit card via Voice Pay method.
If you have any queries regarding your order, please email us at sales@fidarsiclothing.co.uk stating details of your order and ID/Confirmation No. so that we can follow up any discrepancies as quickly as possible.
Returns
Any goods returned for either a refund or exchange must be returned within 14 days from receipt of the garment and returned in a saleable condition, retaining the original tags and packaging and must not be worn or damaged (as detailed in under our Returns policy). The purchase amount (not including any postage paid) will be refunded through VoicePay and will credit your account (usually 4 working days) as stated in accordance with VoicePay’s refund policy wwwVoicePay.com. We request you inform us in writing via email to sales@fidarsiclothing.co.uk of the reasons for the refund/exchange so that we can deal with your request promptly. Upon receipt of your email we endeavour to reply within 48 hours notifying you of any exchange/out of stock issues, or advising you of an expected refund.
VAT
Please note all prices include VAT at the UK standard rate.
On line stock items
Due to the nature of selling seasonal designer classics, you will find that some stock items may deplete quicker than others. In the unlikely event of there being technical problems within the ordering system where a processed order has been submitted, if the stock item has depleted before despatch, we will contact you informing you of the issue and recommend a similar stock item that may be of interest to you.
If the size you require is listed out of stock, you can notify your request to us via email, sales@fidarsiclothing.co.uk. We can then inform you if it comes back into stock, alternatively, we may suggest a similar stock item.
Sizing
Please check out the sizing charts regularly and familiarise yourself to ensure you select the best size possible to avoid the hassle of returning unsuitable goods! Please note different brands sizing often vary from style to style.
Queries/Requests
All queries/requests should be emailed to sales@fidarsiclothing.co.uk. We will respond to all queries within 48 hours. If we need to investigate your query further, we will advise you accordingly. Responses will be sent via email so that both parties have a record of the request or query. This information will be kept on our system for a short period after the query/request has been satisfied by us.
