Returns

Guide to Returning Goods

You are entitled to return any goods from Fidarsi Clothing for a refund or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive them. All we ask is that you write via email to info@fidarsiclothing.co.uk informing us that you are returning goods and explain the reasons for the return together with the print out of your confirmation stating your ID Number. We request this information so that we have a record of your return/exchange and to ensure that your refund/exchange is dealt with promptly.

Simply send returns back to us at the address below via a secure Post Office service (Royal Mail Special Delivery service please) Please include a print out of your original order confirmation together with your name and address and unique order reference number, so that we can verify who they are from. Once we have received the goods, we will issue a full refund (if requested) via VoicePay for the price of the goods returned.

Please note that our policy stipulates all goods purchased from us must be returned in a saleable condition, therefore;

- The tags have not been removed
- The garment(s) have not been worn or damaged
- All packaging is returned

Providing all the above have been adhered to, we will issue your full refund through VoicePay (or send out an exchange) within 2 days of receipt (during working days, Monday-Friday) you will see the credit on your card after 3-4 working days. Although we issue the credit straight away, it takes this period of time for the payment to work its way through the banking system (building societies can take up to 10 days).

- No delivery charge for return exchanges within the 14 day period
- Please ensure that you wrap the package securely
- If a refund is due, this will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging
- Please note that we do not accept returns from couriers. Please use Royal Mail Delivery retaining a record of your despatch
- We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in the post For your own protection, we recommend that you send your package by Royal Mail Special Delivery service because;
- Royal Mail Special Delivery insures the goods up to £500
- This level of cover can be increased to £1,000 by paying a small premium
- Royal Mail recorded delivery only insures the goods up to £28
- Except where the goods you return are faulty or damaged, the cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility
- This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer

Returns on Sale Items or Special Offers

Items bought in our sale (reduced items) or promotional incentives are subsequently returned, the Special Offer may no longer apply and the refund may be adjusted accordingly. We will always do our utmost to provide you with the best deal we can in the circumstances but we will have to take into account the impact of any return on the original offer. If the item is exchanged for another of the same that would have been available under the terms of the Special Offer then no adjustment will need to be made. If the exchange is for an item of similar value outside the terms of the original offer then any adjustment will be at Fidarsi Clothing’s discretion.
