Deliveries

All UK deliveries cost £5.50 or £7.95 (no matter how many items you purchase on a single order) for Guaranteed Royal Mail Special Delivery for the next working day by 1pm or next day Saturday delivery by 1pm. All UK orders which are placed and authorised before 4pm on any weekday will be delivered the next working day before 1pm by Guaranteed Royal Mail Special Delivery. We deliver to some countries outside of the UK via International Air Sure Signed For delivery service which should arrive within 3 to 5 days for the cost of £9.95. Your order can be delivered to either your home or place of work. Where the delivery request is to a place of work, we require the full name of the Business and a UK or European Landline number for the delivery, this is for security purposes to ensure we have the correct details for the delivery address and that all items are signed for by the correct person.  For these reasons we also reserve the right to request further Identification from the purchaser.  

Orders placed on a Friday before 4pm will be delivered on the following Monday.  If your order is placed on a Friday and you wish for it to be delivered on the Saturday, you must request this via email to info@fidarsiclothing.co.uk .  Royal Mail do not class Saturdays as normal working days therefore a Saturday Guaranteed Special Delivery will unfortunately incur further postage - a Flat fee of £7.95.  Delivery costs will be added on at the end of your order. We are not fully operational on bank holidays, therefore any orders placed on a bank holiday will be processed the next working day. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed for delivery on the following Monday for delivery the next working day (Tuesday).

Your order will be delivered via your postal service to your door together with your normal mail delivery however in some instances a separate delivery will be made.

Your postal delivery will require a signature for the parcel. If this is not possible, a card will be left providing contact details to either collect it from your local sorting office or rearrange delivery.
